LIGHTWEIGHT STACKERS
lightweight stackers can have lifting
forks or a platform and are used for loading, unloading or moving general materials, goods or equipment. These stackers have robust castors and the lifting motion is usually by means of a braked hand winch with
wire rope attached to the lifting forks or platform. They provide a lower cost
solution to safeguard operators and comply with manual handling regulations.
HYDRAULIC STACKERS
Hydraulic
stackers may also have a platform or lifting forks and are used for heavier lifts. A
double acting hydraulic pump provides the lifting and lowering action. For higher
lifts it is possible to have a telescopic masts. A foot brake gives extra safety
when loading takes place.
GENIE LIFTING EQUIPMENT
A robust
range of heavy duty good and personnel lifts are available for sale or for hire. Capacities
range from 200 lbs (91 Kgs) to 1000 Ibs (453 Kgs) with working heights up to 43 feet (13'1 metres).
PERSONNEL ACCESS PLATFORMS
Telescopic aerial working platforms
can effortlessly transport an operator to working heights up to 15 metres. Controls,
for safely operating the unit, are positioned on the platform. Many models also
have an outreach facility up to 6.3 metres from the centre of the unit. Maximum
safe working loads are available up to 350 Kgs. For those companies who only
want to use an access platform for a short period of time, we have an extensive hire fleet with a wide choice of heights,
loadings and outreach.
